All products are shipped out from one of the Mega Pedals shipping locations. Maga Pedal drop ships some products and direct ships others. All products are shipped UPS or USPS. Special arrangements may need to be made for out of country orders and oversize packages. All shipping prices on the site are for the continental USA and will be adjusted for your location. Tracking numbers can be received by emailing tracking@megapedal.com.

In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below. If these steps are not followed, your shipment may not be a candidate for the insurance claim.Take pictures of the damaged area of the product and email them to us at info@megapedal.com.Keep the product and its' original packaging Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s)The shipping rates shown at time of checkout are estimations based on the information given at the time of purchase. Actual shipping cost may vary from weights, package size, rate increases and fuel surcharges. Customers will be billed for actual shipping costs.

If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted we will contact you and let you know of the changes. International orders (Outside the USA) are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you. All shipment will be sent by the most cost effective method. All freight cost are the responsibility of the customer.All items to be returned or that are found damaged MUST be reported within 5 business days of receiving the shipment. No items will be returnable or refundable after 30 days. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release. If the package is returned, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a 10% restocking fee. These fees will be charged to your account on file. Mega Pedal DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES to return a item back to us, please do the following:Contact a Mega Pedal Representative to receive a RMA number. All packages returned without a Returned Merchandise Authorization number will be refused.Once we have received the above information we will notify you via email or phone and let you know the status.
