Shipping Frequently Asked Questions-

1. How do you ship these items?

We use the United States Postal Service (usps.com) priority mail.

2. How long does shipping usually take?

We are located in Arizona. Shipping accross the US usually takes between 7-10 days, 3-5 days to neighboring states.

3. Do you ship outside North America?

Yes- we ship world wide.

4. How long will shipping take to get to foriegn countries?

Shipping to Canada usually takes around 18 days because of customs. Shipping to other countries, such as Singapore, may take several weeks.

5. Do you supply a tracking number?

Yes- we try top include your email address in the USPS form when we ship your product.

International shipping currently does not come with a tracking number through usps but does include a customs confirmation code.

6. My tracking number does not show in the usps.com system, or does not change.

We have discovered that the USPS system does not operate like the UPS system. Tracking your package is through this system is not very reliable. USPS claims that they are working on updating their system, and we have been seeing improvements.

7. Why use the USPS to mail products instead of UPS?

UPS charges over twice the money for the same shipping time. We are concerned with customer savings.
