I live in Vancouver, BC and I managed to get my order in 2 weeks, customer service was friendly and helpful. Assembly was as easy as shown in the directions and the end result looks very clean.
I actually ordered 2 Complete Billet Mega Pedals to setup dual kick pedals and while its a learning curve, this pedal does what the original pedal was probably intended to do... it works without the risk of ever breaking. Response time while playing is slightly better as you'll require a little less effort to press down the pedal.
