I broke two plastic pedals before i got this metal one, and I am sure that this one won\'t break. The pedal is heavy enough so that it is easy to press down, and light enough so it can spring back up easily. I live in BC, CANADA, and it took about 14 days to get here, but it was worth it! The hinge is a bit big for the pedal, but other than that, it is a great purchase!
